Santa's checking the gift ideas at the Giftfair THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED THE GIFTFAIR DESPITE THE SNOWY WEATHER, IT WENT AHEAD.WE HAD SOME CANCELLATIONS OF TABLES BUT PEOPLE CAME AND SUPPORTED THE GIFTFAIR. THE SUM OF €200 WAS RAISED FOR SCOIL PHADRAIG AND WE THANK EVERYONE FOR BUYING TICKETS.THIS HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE SCHOOL . ~RATHOE CHRISTMAS GIFTFAIRDON'T FORGET TO DROP INSUNDAY 28TH. Rathoe Giftfair
DATE FOR YOUR DIARY: Rathoe Giftfair will be held on
Sunday 29th. November 2009. This is the 3rd Giftfair to
be held and the last two were very successful and a great
selection of gifts and produce were on display.
This year we have a great selection including:-

Home Baking, Face Painting, Vintage Clothing
Mulled Wine, Personalised Books

Hi everyone, This is great to see whats happening in Rathoe since i’ve been gone 6 years im sure a lot of things has changed.
Its really nice over hear in San Francisco the weather is only beautifull.I soon to be Margaret O’Toole yes getting married on the 1st of August this year.

Congratulations on your website. Great memories of Rathoe National School. Teachers at the time , Mr.Ruschio (spelt incorrectly), Ms.King, Ms.Maher and Ms.Kirwan . Back in the 70′s , giving away my age.

Heard Rathoe National School are organising a reunion.
Does anyone have any information on this event.
Rathoe National School are having a 40th Anniversary Celebration on 26th October 2008. There will be a celebration day at the school which will be followed by a Dinner Dance in Killerig Ramada Hotel with music by Studio 5. We are hoping this will be a great success and fundraiser for the development of the school so pass on the word.
Tickets are 50 euro each for the Dinner Dance and can be bought at the school at the beginning of the school year.
